It is in a very good position
The receptionest named Genie. We were given 2 itemes for breakfast that neither my husband or myself enjoyed so I took them down to rec. She was just leaving and was extremely rude, telling me very harshly that it was a complimentory breakfast. She almost threw the replacement items at me. We have always stayed there but never again. Even when we first arrived at the motel I felt her attitude needed improving. Then we were charged for the breakfast and on noticing this I phoned Mid City and spoke with a lovely lady named Kerrie. The charge was credited back to my card.
Easy in town staff were good nice Indian restaurant on site - accommodating after check out
Double beds were VERY small no milk to make a cup f tea!
close to town and only a short walk to town.
nil to comment on.
Restaurant was excellent !!! we had a great dinner their , cooling was great , beds comfortable
good location in the heart of the city
not being able to pay at time of booking, and not being able to have option of payment eg, cash or different card at time of check out
Comfortable beds Hot shower
Needs a door between bathroom and other room
Welcome and flexibility of the staff. Location, one block from the main street.
Aged appearance of the room. Tiny television.
In a central location - reasonable value for money
The person at the front desk on check in could benefit from a course in customer relations - I had the feeling that there was little interest in ensuring our enjoyment.
They brought us a breakfast the last night of our stay. It was a perfect way of ending a perfect trip away.
Close to the city centre.
Found a cochroach on the pillow when arriving back to the hotel.
Nothing. Maybe parking not that good
It was very clean and close to where the event was that we were in town for.
The shower leaked through the tiles on the floor. There was mould and moisture in the ceiling. When we returned from Our event we had to park on the street as there was someone in our parking spot.
The staff very very friendly, the room very homely, over all really love the place.
Treated as a revenue stream rather than as a valued customer or welcome guest. The noisy occupants of upstairs who seemed to need to drink from the tap and use the toilet incessantly up to about midnight. The slamming door that occurred at irregular intervals from the occupants upstairs up to about midnight. The noisy plumbing from upstairs. The inability to regulate the central heating which made the room too hot overnight.
Clean, close to everything, and staff was helpful.
